2:3 Therefore thus says the Lord: “Behold, against this family I am devising disaster, from which you cannot remove your necks; Nor shall you walk haughtily, For this is an evil time.
2:4 In that day one shall take up a proverb against you, And lament with a bitter lamentation, saying: ‘We are utterly destroyed! He has changed the heritage of my people; How He has removed it from me! To a turncoat He has divided our fields.'"

Observations
In the time when God was bringing the just consequences on the people of Israel, some people there framed it as “God is changing the heritage of my people” — that God is breaking His promise towards them
1 —
God is clear that disobedience brings consequence

Even setting that aside, in Micah 2:12 God clarifies that He’s not forsaking all of Israel, just “against this family I am devising disaster”
Things God Does
and other interpretations
God keeps His promises, even if at the time it seems like He doesn’t
God may bring severe hardship for a time to help someone turn to Him
God’s promises of provision towards believers do not include “you can do stupid stuff and not get hurt”
Application
If it looks like God’s a promise breaker, look again. It’s me who’s missed something.
In a period of severe hardship, take it as a lesson in godliness and grow
and remember that it’s not because God has forsaken you, but because He wants to grow you. God is faithful in this too
if that sucks, remember that as a believer you said you wanted to turn from your sin and become more like Him. This is part of that.
ask: God, how do you want to grow me through this suffering?
