Things God Does | Psalm 96:10,13 | God makes it right in the end

The world is firmly established, it shall not be moved. He shall judge the peoples righteously.
He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth.

He is going to come judge the earth
- This coming judgement makes even the trees of the woods rejoice (figuratively?)
- It is a good judgement
He has established the world firmly — so that it can’t be moved
Guarantees a good ending — the world firmly established, right judgement in the end
- No bad deed unpunished — either by proxy (punishment dished out to Jesus on the cross) or directly (in hell)'

Romans 12:19-20 — Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I wll repay," says the Lord. Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink”
Matthew 5:44 — Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may e sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Matthew 6:25 — Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

Since God has firmly established the world, and will come to deliver complete justice, I don’t have to. Instead:
- Trust God for the future — don’t worry, thinking that the world is unstable. God established it firmly
- Pray for those who don’t treat you fairly, and leave it to God to sort out right from wrong. He’ll be back.
